Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Invento AI. Please read them - they form a contract between you (or the organisation you represent) and Invento AI Ltd.

1. Definitions

“Service” means the Invento AI mobile and web product; “Customer”, “you” means the entity that signs up; “Inventory Data” means data captured during a check-in, check-out, or interim inspection.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your organisation. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if they are compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Use of the Service

  • You may use the Service to produce inventory and condition reports for properties you, or your client, lawfully manage.
  • You must not reverse engineer, scrape, or use the Service to build a competing product.
  • You must not upload data you have no right to share, or content that is unlawful.

4. Tenant rights

Tenants always retain a free copy of the report concerning their tenancy. You are responsible for giving the tenant a fair chance to review and comment on the inventory in line with UK lettings best practice and applicable law.

5. Fees

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are stated on the pricing pageand are exclusive of VAT. We may adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice; existing terms apply for the remainder of any pre-paid period.

6. Service level

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the production Service. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Data ownership

You retain all rights to your Inventory Data. We process it on your behalf as described in our privacy policy and data processing addendum.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service, the underlying models, and the Invento brand. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days’ notice. On termination you can export your Inventory Data for 60 days; after that we may delete it from active systems.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
