What we do
Invento turns a walk-through of a property - the way an experienced clerk talks to themselves on the job - into a structured, time-stamped, GPS-stamped, tenant-signed inventory report. The output is the format adjudicators at TDS, DPS and MyDeposits already accept, with the chain of custody they require.
Why now
The bar for evidence in deposit disputes keeps rising: landlords increasingly need a contemporaneous condition record at check-in, check-out, and on every change of tenant. Doing that with paper, PDFs, and a clerk’s diary doesn’t scale.
Where we are
Built in London. UK-hosted. Funded for the long run, by founders and operators who’ve shipped lettings software before. We’re a small team - by design.
