If your landlord or agent uses Invento, you don’t pay anything. You get a clear inventory, a chance to comment line-by-line, and a permanent copy of the signed report - for the day you might need it.

What you can do

  • Review every item in your inventory before you sign - with photos and notes you can disagree with.
  • Add your own photos and comments. They’re bound into the same report.
  • Receive a tamper-evident PDF copy at check-in and check-out, plus access to it for as long as the tenancy runs and seven years after.

Your rights

You’re entitled to a clear record of the property’s condition and any deductions claimed at the end of the tenancy. Invento makes that record easy to read and easy to challenge.
